2026 National Training Institute Proposal Submission Form
In order to apply to present at the 2026 National Training Institute (September 9-11, 2026 in Chicago, IL), you must complete the form below. All submissions will be reviewed by NCVC's education committee and presenters will be notified of their acceptance by March 2026. Proposals are due by Friday, February 6th, 2026. All fields must be completed for proposal consideration.

Please note that ALL accepted presenters are required to register and pay a reduced presenter rate for the conference. Accepted presenters are also responsible for their own travel costs.
