The National Crime Victim Bar Association connects victims of crime with civil attorneys nationwide. To request a referral, please complete the following form.
Due to the high volume of requests, we are unable to respond to every submission. If you are not contacted within 72 hours, we regret that we are unable to refer your case. Please do not submit multiple requests. Doing so may slow down our processing of your request.
If your case is one we are able to refer, you will hear directly from an attorney. After you submit your request, you will receive a list of resources. We strongly encourage you to save this information in case we are unable to assist you further. If you are a victim of crime seeking support or resources, you may also visit VictimConnect.org for assistance.
Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide is confidential and will only be shared with an attorney if a referral is made.
Please note: In Ohio, this service operates as the NCVBA Attorney Referral Lawyer Referral Service. In Texas, it is certified as a lawyer referral service under Chapter 952 of the Occupations Code.
